Belinda specialises in Local Government, Planning and Property Law.
Belinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science majoring in Rehabilitation Counseling (with distinction) from the University of Sydney.
Having previously worked as a paralegal with a large city firm for three years, Belinda joined Storey & Gough in 1998 and commenced practicing as a lawyer in 2003.
Belinda has been working in Planning and Local Government for over 14 years and regularly appears in the Local and Land and Environment Courts on behalf of a number of Local Councils and Applicant clients.
Belinda’s major interest is preparing and running Class 4 and 5 prosecutions on behalf of the firm’s Council clients in the Land and Environment Court.
As a mother of two, Belinda loves spending time with her young family and enjoying the outdoors.
